GLADSTONE — Sam H. Poquette, 89, of Gladstone, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Christian Park Village in Escanaba. Survivors include his daughters, Laura Beauvais and Susie Lindin, both of Escanaba. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. A complete obituary will be forthcoming. NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Rev. Dean A. Peterson, age 84, died on July 15, 2024 from complications of cancer. Dean lived for 30 years in Escanaba, Michigan and was the Pastor at Bethany Lutheran Church for many years. A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church in Escanaba. Rev. Peterson’s Memorial Service will be at 3 p.m. with a luncheon to follow.
