Jean Ruth Myrsten Abruzzo

ROCKFORD, IL – Jean Ruth Myrsten Abruzzo, 94, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2026 at her home in Rockford, Illinois. Born in Escanaba on July 13, 1931 to Elsie (Johnson) Myrsten and Gust Myrsten. Survivors include her three children, five grandchildren, sister-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sister. A celebration of life will take place Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Grace Funeral & Cremation Services.
