William Bill Howes
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — William Bill Howes, 81, formerly of Escanaba and Gladstone, passed away last week at his home in Florida due to a brain tumor.
Howes was a a lifelong scholar and excelled in various leadership roles that included teacher, coach Escanaba Rudyard principal and superintendent at Negaunee, Kingsford, DePere and Jacksonville. A complete obituary will be forthcoming.
