Beloved husband of 25 years of Mary Eileen “Meme” Hupy, proud father of Quinn, Erin and Shea Hupy.

Son of Grant and Charleen Hupy of Sycamore, Ill.; brother of Janeen (Joe) Edwards; uncle of Mitchell and Nolan Edwards; nephew of Craig (Marie Lemmer) Hupy, Jane (Charlie) Johnson, Sally (Bruce) Closser, Cathy (late Chuck) Binneboese and Karen (Dan) Fritsch.

Faithful companion of Oscar the black lab.

Brent attended Ferris State University and loved hunting, fishing and gardening. He held various positions over the years, including safety director at Trainor Glass in Alsip, Ill., and most recently as a signal man for Canadian National Railroad.

A memorial gathering was held on Sunday, Aug. 11, at the Daniels Family Funeral Home and Crematory in Burlington, Wisconsin.
