ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Arnold Allen Boggs, 58, of 426 S. 13th St. Apt. 1, Escanaba, was bound over on one count of criminal sexual conduct – fourth degree (force or coercion), a two-year high court misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $500. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on March 4, 2019 in Escanaba. Boggs’ bond was set at 10 percent of $25,000.

Bobbi Jo Godfrey, 34, of 823 2nd Ave. S. Apt. 2, Escanaba, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on March 3. 2019 in Escanaba. Godfrey’s bond was set at 10 percent of $30,000.

Heather Lynn Olson, 34, of 1000 Delta Ave., Gladstone, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – possession of meth, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Dec. 25, 2018 in Escanaba. Olson’s bond was set at $40,000 cash/surety.

Daniel Paul Kurth, 48, of 3330 West Maple Ave., Eunice, La., was bound over on one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on March 10, 2019 in Wells Township. Kurth’s bond was set at $150,000 cash/surety.

Sarah Jean Doutree, 26, of 5971 Oak 22.25 Lane, Gladstone, was bound over on the following counts: controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and controlled substance – possession/analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Feb. 12, 2019 in Escanaba Township. Doutree’s bond was set at $40,000 cash/surety.
