MENOMINEE – A Menominee man was recently sentenced to seven to 20 years in prison for first degree criminal sexual conduct.
Ralph Joseph Khollman, 82, was sentenced Friday, Feb. 6 after pleading guilty to the charge on Dec. 16, 2025. He was prosecuted by Menominee County Prosecuting Attorney Jeffrey T. Rogg, and Judge Christopher S. Ninomiya of the 41st Circuit Court presided over the sentencing.
According to documents presented in court, the case against Khollman began Aug. 3, 2025, when his daughter reported that Khollman had sexually assaulted her at their family home in Menominee.
The Menominee County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed to the Daily Press that the survivor in the case is a minor.
The survivor told authorities that after the assault, Khollman told her to “go take a shower and not tell anyone or they would both get in trouble.”
Ninomiya addressed Khollman, stating “you exploited your daughter for (your) own selfish, sick needs. You deserve to spend the rest of your days in prison.”
Rogg referred to the defendant as “a deeply disturbed, deviant predator” in a news release.
He added, “His sentence needed to reflect the gravity of the offense. I appreciate Judge Ninomiya supporting me, by this prison sentence, in protecting the citizens of Menominee County.”
“I commend the courage and resilience of this young survivor of sexual assault and those who stood beside her during this prosecution,” Rogg stated. “By turning her strength into meaningful action, we can all play a part in supporting survivors and in building a future where abuse is prevented before it begins.”
