During Trails Day at the Rapid River Ski Trail this past weekend, Delta County Non-motorized Trails member Jill Martin sets off onto the groomed path, leading someone who has never been cross-country skiing before. Residents had an opportunity to try skis and snowshoes on the trail system, which is located north of Rapid River.
