Trick-or treating, Halloween activities set

Local times for trick-or-treating and other activities have been set throughout the local area. They include:

GLADSTONE

Trick-or-treating on Sunday, October 31 from 5 to 7 p.m.

ESCANABA

Community wide Trick-or-treating Sunday, October 31 from 5 to 7 p.m.

The Delta County Airport will have a Halloween Trunk ‘n Treat on Saturday, October 30 from 1 to 3 p.m. Bring your costume for fun and Trunk-or-Treat welcome.

Trunk ‘n Treat Saturday, October 30 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Escanaba from 5 to 7 p.m.

Immanuel Lutheran Church Escanaba ELCA, 600 South Lincoln Road, Escanaba. For our Trunk-or-Treat event. We will have cars in the parking lot that kids can go to to Trunk ‘n Treat Sunday, October 31 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

ROCK/PERKINS

Community wide trick-or-treating Sunday, October 31 from 4 to 6 p.m.

BARK RIVER-HARRIS

Community wide trick-or-treating Sunday, October 31 from 2 to 4 p.m.

MANISTIQUE

Community wide trick-or-treating Sunday, October 31 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Sixth-annual Fright Night at the U.P. Drive-in, Saturday, October 30 at dusk. Movies screening are the animated kid-friendly movie “Coco”, followed by “It”, and “The Terror”. The gates open at 5:30 p.m. There will be prizes for the best-decorated trunks, as well as the best Halloween costumes. The Community Drive-In Theater is located in Manistique is located on US-2 across from the Schoolcraft County Airport. Trunk-or-Treat begins at 6 p.m.

CARNEY NADEAU

Community wide trick-or-treating Sunday, October 31 from 2 to 4 p.m.

RAPID RIVER

Community wide trick-or-treating Saturday, October 30 from 4 to 6 p.m.

Halloween Carnival from 6 to 8 p.m. put on by the Rapid River Key Club at the school in the elementary gym. Games, cake walk, concessions and an Escape Room. Free admission, must purchase tickets for games. After the carnival join the cross country team outside for a Haunted Trail from 8 to 9 p.m. for the younger crowed. Beginning at 9 p.m. the Haunted Trail becomes extra scary for the more experienced.
