Northern Lights YMCA closed

The Northern Lights YMCA is now closed to the public.

Bonifas Arts Center closed

The Bonifas Arts Center will be closed to the public from March 17 through April 6. Classes during March 17 through April 6 have all been cancelled.

Public masses suspended

Bishop John Doerfler of the Diocese of Marquette has suspended public masses in the diocese, which covers the Upper Peninsula through April 5. All Catholics are dispensed from the obligation to attend Mass during this time.

Kewadin Casinos closing

Kewadin Casinos will be temporarily closing all five Kewadin Casinos located in the Upper Peninsula. The Manistique casino will close Thursday at 5 p.m.

Escanaba Amvets Post 123

Amvets Escanaba Post 123 will be closed till March 30. The post will resume operations on the March 31.

Line dancing at senior center

Line Dancing at the Gladstone Senior Center has been canceled.

Historical Society

Due to the coronavirus situation the Delta County Historical Society is canceling its March 25 program scheduled for Bay College. The group hopes to reschedule it for another time.

Escanaba Township Board

As of the March 16th Escanaba Township Board meeting it was decided that all Township Board and Planning Commission meetings will be canceled for the next

eight weeks. Regular office hours are still available.

East Ludington Gallery

East Ludington Gallery has temporarily closed until further notice. Lecture Series has been cancelled for this week.

Social Security offices

All local Social Security offices are closed to the public for in-person service.

Stations of the Cross cancelled

All Stations of the Cross held Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Bark River has been cancelled
