Bay College’s fall semester has started, but dual-enrolled Bay students Deanna Miller, bottom, and Zandria Kell were still able to “hang out” at Ludington Park while studying Tuesday. Miller is also a student at Gladstone Area High School, while Kell is also a student at Bark River-Harris High School.
