MANISTIQUE — Limestone Financial Credit Union is warning the community about a widespread phishing scam involving fraudulent text messages falsely claiming to be from Limestone’s fraud department. These deceptive messages reference suspicious debit card activity or claim that a member’s account has experience unusual activity.
