ESCANABA – Jenny Tourangeau of the UP Foster Closet of Delta County spoke to the Escanaba Rotary Club on Tuesday in regard to their organization’s services.

UP Foster Closet of Delta County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides essential items free of charge to area children in need. The organization became independent in 2018 after originally being part of Foster Closet of Michigan. The organization supplies children with a combination of new and high quality/like new-condition clothing.
