ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Jefferey Doyle Schultz, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of methamphetamine, one county of possession of cocaine – les than 25 grams and one count of prisons – bringing contraband into.

For count one, he was sentenced to 22 months to 10 years in prison with credit for 152 days already served. For counts two and three, he was sentenced to 152 days for each count with credit for 152 days already served.

Schultz will also pay $334 in fines and fees.

Katie Elizabeth Gribble, of 1312 1st Avenue North, in Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of harboring felons and one count of fleeing/eluding in the 4th degree.

For each count, Gribble was sentenced to 48 days in jail with credit for 48 days already served.

She will also be placed on probation for 12 months.

Gribble will also pay $976 in fines and fees.

James Charles Destenfano Jr., of 1218 Stephenson Avenue, in Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of maintaining a drug house and two counts of Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act.

He was sentenced to a total of six days in jail with credit for six days already served.

He will also be placed on probation for 12 months.

Destenfano will also have to pay $508 in fines and fees.

Kaylee Alina Archey, of 8225 River GG Street, in Nahma pleaded guilty to one count of operating- ouil, third offense. She was sentenced to 3 months in jail with credit for 13 days already served. She will also be placed on probation for 18 months.

Archey will also pay $3583 in fines, fees and restitution.

Robert Dillon Caswell, of 821 North Lincoln Road Upper, in Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of child sexually abusive activity and one count of child sexually abusive material – possession.

Caswell was sentenced to 78 months to 20 years in prison with credit for 293 days already served for count one and 16 months to four years for with credit for 293 days already served.

The sentences will run concurrently.

Caswell was also ordered to pay $266 in fines and fees.
