Supports for Salvation Army Food Bank

Northern Sun Winery customers have helped raise $300 for the Salvation Army Food Bank in Escanaba as part of its Christmas season fundraising initiative. Over the past two weeks, Northern Sun pledged 10% of all sales over $50 to go to the food bank to assist the local community. Now, for the next two weeks of the campaign, the public is encouraged to join in contributing to the OSF St. Francis Caregiver Fund through their purchases at the winery. Total purchases of $50 or more direct 10% to the caregiver fund. Above, Major Alex Norton of the Salvation Army snaps a selfie of himself and a donation check from Northern Sun Winery presented by, left to right, Wendy and Melissa Middaugh and Susie Anthony, from proceeds of the two-week fundraising initiative for the food bank.
