ESCANABA — Michigan Y’s have come together to invite our communities to a virtual 5K Run/Walk to help support your local YMCA. MI Y, Our Y’s virtual race is a fun run that can be run or walked from any location at any time. It can be completed outside, on a track, trail, or even on a treadmill. There is a fee to participate.

Registration will close on Monday, June 15. Limited supply on race shirts. To register for this event go to http://www.michiganymca.org/statewide-virtual-5k.html and follow the link to choose the YMCA in your community. Complete your race anytime between June 15th and June 30th and share your race experience on social media using #MIYMCA.

Participants do not need to submit their time as this is truly a fun run/walk and there is no “first” or “last” place.
