PATH workshop starting in April
ESCANABA — PATH is a six-week evidence-based workshop for adults of all ages or the partner, spouse or caregiver of someone who has a chronic health problem or condition. It is led by trained leaders-many who have a chronic health condition themselves — and focuses on helping participants feel better, have more control, and do the things they want to do.
This free workshop will meet once a week on Wednesdays from 1 – 3:30 p.m. at the MTEC Center in room 2031, located at 2000 N. 30th St., Escanaba, starting April 15 and ending on May 20. There is no cost to attend this workshop and all materials and a snack are provided at each session.
Pre-registration is required as class size is limited. Register by dialing 2-1-1 or calling UPCAP at 1-800-305-8137. You may also register online at www.upcap.org/events or www.nlymca.com. This program is being sponsored by UPCAP, the Northern Lights YMCA and community volunteers.
