ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Thomas John Dupont, 46, of E4619 Highway M-35, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of police officer – fleeing – third degree. He was sentenced to 10 months in jail and credited for 15 days already served. Dupont’s driver’s license will be suspended for one year.

He was ordered to pay $698 in fines and costs.

Miranda Ronna Wilson, 28, of 825 S. 26th St., Apt. 502, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to two counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing.

She was sentenced to three months in jail. She will be placed on probation for 18 months. Wilson was ordered to pay $1,096 in fines and costs.

Renee Lynn Frappier, 47, of 912 1st Ave. N., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted uttering and publishing. She was sentenced to five months in jail and credited for eight days already served.

She will be placed on probation for 12 months. Frappier was ordered to pay $256.92 in restitution and $968 in fines and costs.

Rebecca Anne Corbett, 35, of 6579 P Road, Gladstone was sentenced in two cases. In the first case, she pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules one, two and three except marijuana, meth, ecstasy and cocaine) and one count of controlled substance – maintaining a drug house. She was sentenced to a minimum of 23 months to a maximum of seven years in prison for the first count, and a minimum of 16 months to a maximum of two years in prison for the second. She was credited 206 days already served.

In the second case, Corbett pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin, or another narcotic) less than 50 grams. She was sentenced to a minimum of 23 months to a maximum of 20 years in prison and given credit for 206 days already served.

All sentences are to be served concurrently. Wilson was ordered to pay $464 in fines and costs.

Allen Lee Kirkpatrick, 35, of Boney Falls Campground, Cornell, pleaded no contest to one count of attempted assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation.

He was sentenced to nine months in jail and credited for four days already served. Kirkpatrick was ordered to pay $758 in fines and costs.

Robert Lewis Stade, 72, of 217 Dakota Avenue, Apt. 213, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated – third degree.

He was sentenced to 11 months in jail and credited for 13 days already served. He will be placed on probation for 12 months. Stade shall immediately serve seven months in jail, with the remaining four months held in abeyance pending completion of probationary term. Stade’s driver’s license was revoked. He was ordered to pay $1,028 in fines and costs.
