Tai Chi for arthritis program offered
ESCANABA — Tai Chi is a 10-week series of slow, gentle, but effective, movements that can improve both physical and mental balance. Tai Chi has been proven to help strengthen muscles; reduce pain while improving flexibility and mobility.
