ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Taylor Ann Shanahan, 23, of 1111 9th Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth. She was sentenced to a minimum of 30 months to a maximum of 20 years in prison, and was given credit for 196 days already served. In another case, Shanahan pleaded guilty to one count controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – ecstasy/MDMA. She was sentenced to a minimum of 24 months to a maximum of 20 years in prison, and was given credit for 196 days already served. The two sentences are to be served concurrently. Shanahan was ordered to pay $456 in fines and costs, and $580 in restitution.

Travis James Halase, 35, of 1725 Bond St., Green Bay, Wis., pleaded no contest to one count controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy. He was sentenced to a minimum of two years to a maximum of 10 years in prison, and was given credit for 356 days already served. Halase was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs.

Katie Renee Studey, 35, of 3644 Partridge Lane, Suamico, Wis., pleaded guilty to one count controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy. She was sentenced to six months in jail and credited for 114 days already served. Studey will be placed on probation for 18 months. Studey’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. She was ordered to pay $588 in fines and costs.
