ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.
Madison Ann Carlson, 19, of 201 S. 17th St., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of motor vehicle – unlawful use – two year misdemeanor, a two-year high court misdemeanor or a $1,500 fine with a suspension of their driver’s license. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on June 9, 2019 in Delta County. Carlson posted a $2,500 cash/surety.
Eric Moran, 40, of 3101 S. 14th Ave., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of home invasion – third degree, a five-year felony with a $2,000 maximum fine. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on June 28, 2019 in Escanaba. Moran posted 10 percent of $7,500 bond.
David Brandon
, 39, of 8115 Squaw Creek 18th Road, Rapid River, was bond over on the following counts: operating while intoxicated – third offense notice, a one to five-year felony and a maximum fine of $5,000 or probation with 30 days to one year in jail, 60 to 180 days community service, rehabilitative program and mandatory vehicle immobilization of not less than one year or more than three years; and failure to stop at scene of a property damage accident (attended vehicle), a 90 day misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $100. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 19, 2019 in Delta County. Abruzzo posted 10 percent of $25,000 bond.
David Leonard Schwartz, 52, of 8868 LL Road, Rapid River, was bound over on one count controlled substance – possession/analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on April 24, 2018 in Delta County. The bond was set at $25,000 cash/surety.
