ESCANABA — The 29th Bay College Swing for Scholarships Golf Outing is taking place on Thursday, July 18, at the Escanaba Country Club. The event begins with registration at 11 a.m. There will be a shotgun start at noon with lunch, hospitality on the course, live and silent auctions, course contests, and a steak and shrimp dinner to follow. All proceeds from the golf outing support student success through scholarships. Over the years, this event has helped over 288 students.

The format is a four-person scramble, choosing the best ball of your team for each shot. Anyone hitting a ‘Hole in One’ on hole 13 will win a new Chevy Equinox, sponsored by Riverside Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac. Space is limited.
