Kyle Joseph Mathieson, 23, of 314 N. 13th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; four days jail, credit for one day served; six months probation; $1,050 fines and costs.

Lige Hood Johnson, 57, of 1016 Allouez Rd., Marquette, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated with the presence of a controlled substance – second; 120 days jail, credit for 33 days served, 87 days suspended; 24 months probation; $1,750 fines and costs.

Jessica Jayne Stock, 34, 8601 Weswood 0.6 Dr., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; 21 days jail, credit for one day served, 20 days suspended; 150 hours community service; 18 months probation; $1,525 fines and costs.

TAKING WILDLIFE

Shawn William Hamill, 23, of 1711 2nd Ave. N., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to wildlife conservation part – taking deer/bear/turkeys; five days jail; four months probation; forfeiture of firearm; no license in 2019 or 2020 for hunting; $1,000 restitution; $925 in fines and costs.

Thomas Arthur Vietzke, 46, of 10541 Pine St., Rapid River, pleaded guilty to three counts of wildlife conservation part – taking deer/bear/turkeys and one count of hunting and fishing license part – sell/loan/borrow a license/use or permit use of such license; five days jail, five days suspended; forfeiture of firearm; no license for five years in Michigan for hunting; $8,000 restitution; $1,650 fines and costs.

Michael J Champeau, 56, of 529 Ruth St., Green Bay, Wis., pleaded guilty to two counts of wildlife conservation part – taking deer/bear/turkeys and two counts of hunting and fishing license part – selling /loan /borrow a license/use or permit use of such license; 5 days jail for the first two counts, 10 days suspended; 12 months probation; forfeiture of firearm; no license for five years in Michigan for hunting; $12,500 restitution; $1,400 fines and costs.

ATTEMPTED FAILURE TO REGISTER SEX OFFENDERS

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Jeremiah Robert Raymond, 38, of 26 Wintergreen Circle, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating – license suspended, revoked, denied; three days jail, credit for three days served; $350 fines and costs.

Holly Joy Kujala, 47, of 9349 A N.5 Ln., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating on a suspended license; $350 fines and costs.

ATTEMPTED RECKLESS USE OF FIREARMS

Emily Mary Mcgeary, 71, of 12144 T Rd., Rapid River, pleaded guilty to attempted reckless use of firearms; seven days jail, seven days suspended; six months probation; $675 fines and costs.

OPERATING – PRESENCE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Heather Lynn Olson, 34, of 8925 Bayshore Dr., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating – with the presence of a controlled substance; 61 days jail, credit for 61 days served; 18 months probation; $1,525 fines and costs.

UNLICENSED PERSON Vicki Lynn Tulgetske, 48, of 1219 N. Lincoln Rd., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to motor vehicle – allowing unlicensed person to operate; $350 fines and costs.
