Christopher Germain of Premier Real Estate in Escanaba was named the Realtor of the Year for 2018 by the Upper Peninsula Realtors. He has been a realtor since 2004 and has served an active roll in the real estate community. He served over 12 years on the Delta County MLS Committee, is past president of the Upper Peninsula Realtors, served as co-facilitator of the Michigan Realtors Leadership Academy, and has served in Michigan Realtors Presidential Advisory Groups. He also serves the local community through various organizations. He is past president of the Delta County Jaycees, Past Master of Delta Lodge 195 of F&AM, current captain of Ford River Township Fire Department, and county training coordinator for Delta County in the fire service.
