ESCANABA — Judy Granger of Gladstone, associate broker/sales agent with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors, has been named to the company’s 2017 International President’s Elite. Only the top two percent of all sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system qualified for this distinguished group.

Granger has been a multi-million-dollar top producer for Coldwell Banker during her 31 years with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors of Escanaba, averaging 12 million in gross sales per year. She attributes her success to education, years of experience and working many hours to make sure her clients and customers receive the best service possible.

Granger, an associate broker, has received designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). She was awarded the Daily Press Readers’ Choice “Best of the Best” Award for 2013 and again for 2016 and 2017. Granger was Upper Peninsula’s Association of Realtors’ number one agent for 2011 and Delta County’s number one for many recent years.
