Yuting and Patrick Bonczyk

BEIJING, China — Patrick Bonczyk and Yuting Zhao were married in central Beijing on January 3, 2024.

Patrick is the son of Judi and the late Dave Bonczyk of Rapid River, and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University (Washington Square). He is a graduate of Escanaba High School (2005), Central Michigan University, Michigan State University, and UCLA.

Yuting is the daughter of Zhenhong Zhao and Yu Fang of Beijing, and is currently a much-loved Assistant Arts Professor of Dance at New York University (Shanghai). Yuting is a graduate of Peking University, the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance (NYC), and Case Western Reserve University.

The couple plan to split their time between New York and Shanghai.
