CHICAGO, IL. – Ross and Lisa Pleiness of Three Rivers and James and Sandra Wilson of Gladstone are pleased to announce the marriage of their children, Kasie Marie Pleiness and Thomas James Wilson. The couple was united in marriage on September 26, 2020, in an intimate ceremony at City Winery in Chicago, Ill., by close friend Alexander DeHaan.

Kasie received her Bachelor of Arts in both English and Communications from the University of Michigan in 2016 and now works at public relations firm Wye Communications in Chicago.

Thomas attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history in 2016 and a Master of Accounting degree in 2017. He now works as a licensed CPA at KPMG in Chicago.

The couple has planned a wedding celebration to take place on their one year anniversary, September 26, 2021, in Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich.

Thomas and Kasie celebrated their marriage with a minimoon in the Great Smoky Mountains, and postponed their original honeymoon trip to Saint Lucia until September 2021.
