Felicia and Mackenzie DesJarden

GARDEN — Felicia LeFevre and Mackenzie DesJarden were united in marriage Sept. 28, 2019 in Garden on the shore of Big Bay de Noc. The marriage was officiated by Ryan Stoken, a minister of The Universal Life Church. A reception followed at the Inwood Township Hall in Cooks.

The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Paula LeFevre of Garden. The groom is the son of Crystal Wickwire-DesJarden of Gulliver and Jason and Diane DesJarden of Cooks.

The couple are 2015 graduates of Big Bay de Noc High School. The bride is a 2019 graduate of Bay Community College and is employed by EDUSTAFF as a substitute teacher. The groom is a sub-contractor for Winter’s Custom Homes.

The bridal party included friends and family of the couple. Maid of Honor was Valerie Miotke. Bridesmaids were Mariah Yonker, Chloe DesJarden, Vanessa Damer, and Meagan Yonker. Junior bridesmaids were Gracie Winter and Taylor Winter. The flower girl was Brooklyn Goudreau. The Best Man was Matthew Moore, and groomsmen were Tyler Demars, John LeFevre, Jeremy Carrier, Kiowa Taraschke, and Ryker Kain. The junior groomsman was Cameron Gonzalez, and the ring bearer was Kaiden Goudreau.

After a honeymoon cruise to Nassau, Turks and Caicos, and the Dominican Republic, the couple have made their home on the Garden Peninsula.
