DEWITT, Mich. — Katie Erickson became the wife of Blake Mueller during a ceremony at Carp River Gardens in Negaunee on Sept. 10.

Katie’s parents are Glenn and Linda Erickson of Rapid River, and Blake’s parents are Gary Mueller of Lansing and Shelley Mueller of Ionia.

Blake graduated from Fowler High School in 2008 and Central Michigan University in 2015 with a doctorate in physical therapy. He is employed by Eaton Rapids Medical Center.

Katie graduated from Rapid River High School in 2008 and Central Michigan University in 2015 with a doctorate in physical therapy. She is employed by Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.

Katie chose her friend, Aubrey Jabour, for her maid of honor; and bridesmaids were Alyssa Pung, sister of the groom, and Jessalyn Rumler, Shelby Shreve, Sadie Paradise, Laura Gaffney, Lisa Nowland, all friends of the bride.

Blake chose for his best man, Andy Koenigsknecht, friend of the groom; and groomsmen, Garrett Mueller, brother of groom, Cory Pung, brother-in-law of groom, Corey Schaefer, cousin of groom, Glenn Erickson, brother of bride, Wesley Robbe and Paul Bowen, friends of groom. Ezra Pung, nephew of couple, was ring bearer.

Following the ceremony, the couple and their families celebrated and entertained their guests at The Holiday Inn in Marquette.

After their honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple has made their home in Dewitt, Mich.
