MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Kenlyn Farley, daughter of Jay and Lisa Farley of Spalding, became the bride of Michael Laureys, son of Joe and Carol Laureys of New Carlisle, Ind. The couple exchanged vows on Aug. 1, during a 5 p.m. ceremony at the Historic Pabst Brewery in Milwaukee, Wis. Ben Laureys presided at the ceremony.

In attendance as maids of honor for Kenlyn were Caitlin Murphy, cousin of the bride, and Theresa Rosum, friend of the bride.

Bridesmaids included Ashley Opgenorth, Merrisa MacGregor, Megan Lomonoco, Jessica Pingley, Meghan McAuliffe.

Serving as Michael’s best men were Ben Laureys, brother of the groom, and John Karagianakis, friend of the groom. His groomsmen Carl Miller, Dustin Watkins, Jayson Farley, and Tim Kolar were also in attendance.

Rick McLeod served as the couple’s usher for the ceremony; while, Harper Murphy and Scout Opgenorth were the newlywed’s flower girls.

The bride is a 2014 graduate of the University of Michigan with a doctor of nursing practice, family nurse practitioner degree. She is currently employed as a multiple myeloma nurse practitioner at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Michael, the groom, graduated from Emory Riddle Aeronautical University in 2003 and is employed at the Federal Aviation Administration.

The couple celebrated with a honeymoon in St. Lucia and will reside in Whitmore Lake, Mich.
