ESCANABA — St. Thomas Church in Escanaba will hold a breakfast on Sunday, Jan. 5 from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. All are welcome.
Democrats to meet
ESCANABA — The Delta County Democratic Party will meet Wednesday, January 8, from 7-8 p.m. at Carpenters Hall, 1219 First Avenue South, Escanaba. Social time begins at 6:30 p.m. Guests and new members are welcome.

Dance in Rock
ROCK — A dance will be held at the Rock Community/Senior Center, located at 3892 W. Mapleridge Rd, on Sunday, Jan. 12 from 1 to 4 p.m. Music will be provided by Crossfire. There will be a door cost and a free will donation lunch.

Free clothing available to those in need
GLADSTONE — The Memorial United Methodist Church Clothes Closet is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The closet offers free clothes, coats and shoes for children, adults and in all sizes, including infant and plus sizes.
The church and clothes closet are located at 1920 Lake Shore Dr., Gladstone (near McDonald’s). Call 906-428-9311 for more information or to schedule another time.
Pasties at St. Thomas
ESCANABA — St. Thomas will hold a pasty sale on Jan. 15 and 16. Pick up at St. Thomas from 3 to 5 p.m. both days. Pasties are available with or without rutabaga. No pre-orders will be accepted and pasties will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
