Students at YMCA Childcare trick-or-treat
Courtesy photo The Northern Lights YMCA Childcare students went trick-or-treating through the halls of their Wells facility on Oct. 29. On that day was a Halloween Party extravaganza within the halls of the YMCA childcare, with staff from all three Delta buildings gathering to create a one-of-a-kind trick-or-treating experience. “I don’t know who was more excited, the staff or the kids for our Halloween activities. It is always a blast to see smiles on everyone’s faces while bringing out our inner child” said, Childcare Director Aysha Koszla. This was the first time in nearly 15 years the Halloween festivities included infants and toddlers, as a room was remodeled back in August. “We feel grateful as a staff for the opportunity to join in our new infants ‘firsts’ and our toddlers learning the ropes of trick-or-treating was exciting as well,” said Koszla.
