ESCANABA — Amvets Post 123 of Escanaba is hosting the country band “Old Friends” tonight at 7 p.m.
Wells Lions Club raffle winners named
ESCANABA — The winner of the Wells Lions Club 52 week raffle for the week of Nov. 22 is Pat Gartland of Escanaba, who won $100. This was week 17 of the raffle.
St. Anthony’s Church meat pie sale
ESCANABA — St. Anthony’s Church will be holding a meat pie sale Dec. 9 and 10, with pick up at St. Thomas Church in Escanaba from 1 to 4 p.m.
The ten-inch pies, which are half pork and half beef, must be pre-ordered. Call or text Debbie at 906-399-4259.
Elks Auxiliary to meet
ESCANABA — The Elks Auxiliary will hold their December meeting on Thursday, Dec. 2. Bring an unwrapped gift for Toys for Tots to meeting. Social hour is at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6:45 p.m. The meeting will follow.
