ESCANABA — The Bay Sages will meet for their regular monthly meeting on Thursday, Oct. 7 at 10 a.m. at Bay de Noc Community College Besse Center Theater.

The Bay Sages is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational programs for older adults in the Delta County area. Dues include monthly newsletters, coffee and rolls at regular meetings and a wide variety of educational opportunities for members. Guests and new members are welcome. Dues are payable at the meeting or can be mailed to the Bay Sages Office at Bay College.

The speaker for the October meeting will be Kristyn Madalinski, RN, certified digestive health specialist and founder of aloHealth, who will speak on overcoming stress.

Attendees are advised that masks covering the mouth and nose are required for everyone on the campus, regardless of vaccine status.
