Hermansville Legion to meet Thursday

HERMANSVILLE — The Floriano-Stecker-Kelly American Legion Post 340 of Hermansville will hole its monthly meeting on Thursday, April 8 at 6 p.m. at the American Legion Club Rooms in Hermansville.

League of Women Voters to hold book sale

ESCANABA — The Delta County League of Women Voters will hold a used book sale at the Kiwanis Home and Garden Show, April 9 through 11 at the Ruth Butler Building on the U.P. State Fairgrounds. The hours of the show are 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.

Bark River celebration planning meeting

BARK RIVER — Bark River’s third 150th anniversary meeting will be held Sunday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at the Bark River Senior Center. This is for the planning of Bark River’s sesquicentennial celebration. Anyone interested in the planning process is encouraged to attend.

AA meetings at the Delta Drop In Center

ESCANABA — Alcoholics Anonymous meets at the Delta Drop In Center every day at 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. The center is located at 1500 N. 19th Street in Escanaba. Masks are required at all meetings.
