DAR to meet March 13

ISHPEMING — The Onagomingkway Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, will hold its monthly meeting on Saturday, March 13 from noon until 3 p.m. EDT either online using Zoom or at the Jasper Ridge Brewery in Ishpeming. If the meeting is held in-person, it will be a la carte.

Members will be happy to answer questions about genealogy or membership in DAR following the meeting. Call Melissa at 906-226-7836 for any questions.

Eagles serving breakfast Sunday in Escanaba

ESCANABA — The Escanaba Eagles 1088 will serve Sunday breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 21 at the Eagles Hall, located at 608 Ludington Street. Breakfast will be served every third and fifth Sunday of each month.

There is a fee to attend the breakfast. The public is welcome, and mask are required. The hall will hold a maximum of 65 people per state COVID-19 guidelines.

Women’s AA meetings

ESCANABA — The Women’s Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting held previously at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Escanaba is now being held in the First United Methodist Church, located at 302 S. 6th St., Escanaba. Women’s AA open meetings will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. Use the back entrance.
