Escanaba River Legion sets next meeting

FLAT ROCK — The regular monthly meeting of the Escanaba River Legion Post 115 and the Auxiliary will be held at the Escanaba Township Hall at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7.

Church bells ring for ­victims of COVID-19

ESCANABA — Bethany Lutheran Church, of Escanaba, rings chimes for those who have passed away in Delta County due to COVID-19 at noon each weekday. According to the church, the bells are a way to honor those lost to the pandemic and remember the familes affected by the deaths.

Seventh Day Adventist food pantry hours set

ESCANABA — The Community Service Center food pantry adjacent to the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Escanaba is open from 1 to 4 p.m. on Monday and Friday.
