Delta County MARSP meeting canceled

ESCANABA — The December meeting of the Delta County MARSP has been canceled.

The proceeds from the food collection drive had been designated for the St. Vincent de Paul Society food pantry.

If you wish to make a donation, feel free to do so.

Alano Club meetings continue in Gladstone

GLADSTONE — The Delta Alano Club continues to hold both Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon family group meetings at its building, located at 601 Michigan Ave., Gladstone. Masks are required at all meetings.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

Tuesdays

Al-Anon (open) — 7:30 p.m.

A.A. (closed) — 7:30 p.m.

Thursdays

Al-Anon — 11 a.m.

A.A. (closed) — 7:30 p.m.

Seventh Day Adventist food pantry sets hours

ESCANABA — The Community Service Center food pantry adjacent to the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Escanaba is open from 1 to 4 p.m. on Monday and Friday.

Eagles breakfasts

ESCANABA — Sunday breakfasts at Escanaba Eagles at 608 Ludington Street will continue every third and fifth Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

There is a cost for the breakfast, and take-out meals are available.

For those dining in, socially-distanced seating will be used and masks must be worn.

Salvation Army social services, soup kitchen

ESCANABA — Social service assistance from the Salvation Army is available 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday in the Community Services Building.

The Soup Kitchen is open noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
