Veterans invited to join Escanaba AMVETS

ESCANABA — All local veterans are invited to bring their DDT214 to AMVETS Post 123, located at 1315 N. Lincoln Road in Escanaba, to receive a one year membership compliments of the post. All branches of service welcome. This offer is for new members only and is available from June 1 to June 30. Active duty personnel are welcome.

MARSP meeting ­canceled for June

MENOMINEE — Due to the current public health crisis, the Menominee County Chapter of the Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel (MARSP) has canceled the MARSP meeting scheduled for June. The leadership will continue to monitor the situation and inform members about when it will be deemed safe to resume our regular meeting schedule.
