HARRIS, Mich. — Island Resort & Casino in March will have a high-voltage double-headliner rock weekend featuring Great White and Slaughter, two of the 1980’s biggest acts — each known for their unmistakable sound, electrifying live shows, and loyal global fanbases.

Both groups will perform each night March 13 and 14 in the Island Showroom. Tickets are $60 and went on sale Thursday through the casino. Orders can be done by phone with credit card at 877-ISL-SHOW or online at islandresortandcasino.com. Early purchase is encouraged, as both shows are expected to sell out quickly.

“We’re excited to bring these two legendary bands together for a co-headlining weekend,” said Vicki Griggs, entertainment manager at the Island Resort & Casino.

With more than 10 million albums sold worldwide, Great White has been a fixture of American rock since the early 1980s. Known for their blues-driven riffs, soaring vocals, and arena-ready hooks, the band broke into the mainstream with major hits like “Once Bitten, Twice Shy,” “Rock Me,” “Save Your Love” and “Lady Red Light.” Their dynamic live performances have kept them a touring force for decades, blending the raw energy of classic rock with the polished intensity that made them radio and MTV staples. Great White continues to deliver the same fire and musicianship that have earned them a lasting place in rock history.

Formed in 1988 and immediately rising to stardom, Slaughter became one of the defining voices of early ’90s melodic hard rock. Their debut album, “Stick It to Ya,” went double platinum on the strength of chart-topping singles such as “Up All Night,” “Fly to the Angels,” and “Spend My Life.” Known for powerful vocals, precision guitar work, and anthemic songwriting, Slaughter quickly became a fan favorite on the world stage. Their live shows highlight the band’s trademark blend of technical prowess and feel-good rock energy, making them a consistent draw for audiences of all ages.

The Island Showroom continues to offer top-tier performances from nationally recognized artists in an intimate, state-of-the-art venue — ensuring fans an up-close and immersive concert experience.

Starting at $3.50/week.
