RUDDEN — Michael and Stephanie Rudden of Lorton, Va. are happy to announce the birth of their daughter Cecilia An, born at 9:18pm on Jan. 29 at the Inova Women’s Center in Fairfax, Va. Cecilia, or “Cece,” as she is fondly called, was 6 pounds 3 ounces and 20 inches long at birth. She is the first child of the family.

Rick and Patricia Rudden of Escanaba, and Anh and Tam Chu of Alexandria, Va., are the proud grandparents.
