Three Dog Night comes to Harris

HARRIS — Music icon Three Dog Night is making its way to the Island Resort and Casino’s Showroom stage Friday, May 4 and Saturday, May 5 at 8 p.m. The musical group is celebrating their fourth decade of making music.

Fans will hear some of the group’s biggest hits, including “Mama Told Me (Not To Come),” “Joy to the World,” “Black and White,” “Shambala” and “One.”

Three Dog Night made history between 1969 and ’74 by achieving more top 10 hits, moving more records and selling more concert tickets than any other artist.

The band continues to change the course of the music industry. Expanding into the 21st century, they have embraced music technology and brought their music to new fans by having it available on iTunes, as well as in record stores.

The band includes members Danny Hutton (founder/lead vocalist), Michael Allsup (guitar), Paul Kingery (bass/vocals), Pat Bautz (drums), and David Morgan (vocalist).

Tickets can be purchased online at www.islandresortandcasino.com or by phone by calling 1-877-ISL-SHOW.
