Bay College announces winter graduates
ESCANABA — Bay de Noc Community College announces the names of students who completed all of the requirements for an associate degree or certificate during the winter semester.
Those receiving associate in arts degrees are from Bark River, Stacy Hopkins, and Neil Wentland;
from Carney, Lauren Murray; from Escanaba, Sara Broeders, Megan Knickerbocker, Alize Macon, Valerie Nygaard, Jordan Ogren, Kenneth Peterson, and Ryan Timler. Gladstone residents named include Chelsea LaMarche, and Abbey Strom. Also on the list are from Manistique, Brittany Macheta, and Kellie Woehlert; from Powers, Nadine Barry; from Rapid River, Lydia Person; and
Rock, Meaghan Mckeever.
Earning degrees in art and design are Janel Dani, Carney; Lila Gunville, Gladstone, and Joseph Brazda, Manistique. Business administration degrees were given to Alyssa Allen, Nicholas Chenier, Mary Houle, James McNeil, and Stephanie Porath, Escanaba; Suzanna Trottier, Gladstone; Lexi Cryderman, Powers; Heather LaLonde, and Jessica VanZile, Rapid River; and
Brittany Tebo, Wilson. Andrea Dani, Carney, along with Jacob Koish, Wells, received degrees in
criminal justice.
Associate in science degrees were conferred on Henry Black, Kathryn Bonifield, Zildjian Olson, and Taylor Whale, Escanaba; Jennifer Lusardi, Gladstone; Samantha Sundling, Rapid River; and
Benjamin Pfeiff, Wilson. Earning pre-engineering degress are residents of Bark River, Hunter Dlugas; Escanaba, Kyle Getchell, and Zachary Westerberg; and Stephenson, Tristan Johnson. Aubrey Chouinard, Cornell; and Ryan Schoff, Escanaba, earned pre-professional health degrees.
Alisha Bandle, Escanaba, and Brittany Tebo, Wilson, were awarded accounting degrees. Earning automotive technology degrees are residents of Escanaba, Tanner Bowlin; and Gladstone, Jeff Burklund.
Business degrees went to Paige Cavadeas, Alicia Jacques, and Jennifer Vallier, Escanaba; and Jennifer Minor, and Amanda Tiernan, Gladstone.
Kayla Blunt, Escanaba; and Brandon Ruby, Gladstone, earned degrees in computer information systems: software/network support.
Bryant Greer, Amanda Phillips, and Bryce Pond, Gladstone, earned degress in computer network systems and security.
Early childhood care and education degrees were earned by Kayla Deppa, and Carrie Rochefort, Escanaba; and Allison Anderson, Manistique.
Those earning degrees in general studies include Emily Martin, and Jorden Sodergren, from Bark River; Dylan Dombrowski, and Danielle Gestwicki, from Escanaba; and Jacklyn Muhlenbeck, and Tracy Rajala, from Gladstone.
Gladstone’s Marissa Leisner was awarded a degree in human services.
Chad Newton, Bark River, earned a degree in law enforcement.
Mechatronics and robotics systems degrees were earned by Joshua Maulding, Gladstone; Joshua Gorzinski, Powers; and Andrew Vandermissen, Wilson.

Office systems/medical office specialist degrees were conferred on Escanaba’s Alyssa Fedak; and Gladstone’s Christina Scovill.
Paramedic degree went to Logan Triest, Powers.
Those earning water resource management degrees are Haley Norton, Cooks; Robert Ellisor, Robert Johnson, Brent Kallio, Timothy LeBeau, Noah Marsicek, Jacob Rodman, and Payton Shelafoe, Escanaba; Derek Bernson, Zachary Chouinard, Peter Hallfrisch, Seth Humpula, and Alexandria Kirkpatrick, Gladstone; Joseph Swille, Stephenson; and Jacob Aho, Trenary.
In addition to degrees, Bay college also awarded certificates in a variety of fields. Those went to Emily Martin, Bark River; Mindy Davenport, Escanaba; and Sunday Quinn, Gladstone, accounting.
Computer applications certificates were earned by Jessica Rupp, Bark River; Alexa Rasmussen, Escanaba; Alex Leonoff, Gladstone; Thomas Wise, Wells; and Eugene Thunder, Wilson.
Escanaba residents, Heathar Keenan, and Rebecca Sexton, earned certificates in early childhood care and education.
Emergency medical technician, basic, certificates went to Melissa Leiphart, Carney; Danielle Kanous, Cornell; Brytnie Moffatt, Daggett; Cherith Hague, and Amy Malmstead, Escanaba; Noah Krycia, and Samantha Sailer, Gladstone; and Angela LaMarche, Wells.
Tunisha Teske, Escanba, and Katherine White, Stephenson, received health career certificates.
