ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Amy Lynn Woolford, of 7061 P Road, in Gladstone pled guilty to one count of unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle. She was sentenced to 18 months to five years in prison with credit for 141 days already served. Woolford was also ordered to pay $198 in fines and fees.

Dennis James Kivioja, of 303 South 11th Street, in Escanaba, pled guilty to one count of sex offenders – failure to comply with reporting duties.

He was sentenced to eight months in jail with credit for 84 days already served. Kivioja was also ordered to pay $198 in fines and fees.
