C.J. Greaves wins Richard Ault Legacy long jump

BARK RIVER -- The 50th Island Resort and Casino's Off-Road Rumble in the U.P. got underway on Friday with five classes in action plus the Richard Ault Legacy Long Jump at Bark River International Raceway.
In the Sportsman SxS, Chad Emling picked up the win Raymond Deininger finished second and Eric Hill took the third place spot on the podium.
In the Pro AM Turbo SxS, Rory Navin came away with the first place podium spot followed by Colin Greenfield and Ty Lueckemeyer came in third.
In the 1600 light buggy class, Evan Hockers picked up the win followed by Eric LaFreniere came in second and Johnny Payburn took the third place podium position.
In the stock truck class, Colt Wierzba took home the top podium spot followed by Dustin Ragaczewski came in second and Tyler Mullins took the third and final podium spot.
In the mod kart class, Lincoln Mandsager came away with the win. Corbyn Wassenberg finished second and Carter Zahara finished third.
The Richard Ault legacy long jump was run in three divisions with C.J. Greaves took home the $6,000 pay with a jump of 210' which is a new record in the event in division one. Jimmy Henderson was second with a jump of 205' earning $2,500. In division two it was Connor Barry taking home the win landing $4,000 with a jump of 181' and Michael took home $1,500 with a jump of 178'. In division three with a jump of 141' Scott Boulanger picked up the win and the $1,400 payout. Brandon Beauchamp was second with a jump of 140 and took home $600.
