ESCANABA — After four top three finishes including three second place finishes, Tanner Rae found himself back in Victory Lane for the first time in the 2026 season after winning seven of the 10 races last season.
“It was a fun night out there tonight,” Rae said. “I knew that Wyatt and Colton were behind me but didn’t know exactly where they were but it felt like they were right there.”
Rae came into Saturday’s race with a one-point lead over Keagan Jensen who finished third and two points ahead of Colton Yelle who finished fourth.
Rae wanted to thank Dean Bloniarz and The Carpet and Drapery Shoppe and his dad for their support during the season.
Rae will be back in action on July 25 after a one week break in action as the Escanaba Motor Speedway is officially more than halfway through the 2026 season with only four nights remaining with Championship Night coming on August 29.
