Michigan-Wisconsin Tennis Open coming soon
ESCANABA — The 78th Annual Michigan-Wisconsin Tennis Open will take place Aug. 2 in Escanaba.
The matches will take place at the Ludington Park courts as well as the courts at the Escanaba High School and Veteran’s Park.
Players provide one can of Wilson or Penn tennis balls per event entered. Entry with payment must be received by July 28 to receive a shirt. USTA rules will be governed. Awards will
be presented to first and second place.
Only one doubles division may be entered. One person per entry form doubles partner must complete a separate entry form. Cost is $25 per singles entry and $15 per doubles entry.
No refunds due to fundraiser for Escanaba Tennis. All proceeds go to the Escanaba Tennis program. Play depends on the weather.
Check-in each day will be at 8 a.m. at Ludington Park, with schedules posted there.
