ESCANABA — Getting the most out of a senior year can be tricky.

Manistique senior Kamry Flodin squeezed nearly every accolade and defensive honor she could. The libero re-wrote the Emeralds’ defensive record book, owning program record for single-game-, single-season and career digs. She earned First Team All-U.P. honors, First Team Mid-Peninsula Conference honors and earned a place on its All-Defensive team.

Flodin now has the cherry on top of a historic senior season –All State.

Flodin was voted to the Michigan Interscholastic Volleyball Coaches Association’s All-Stat Honorable Mention squad for the second straight season. She was one of six libero’s to earn any type of All-State recognition by the MIVCA in Division 3.
