MENOMINEE -- Gladstone football continued its win streak with a 28-6 win over Menominee in Menominee Friday.
The victory moves the Braves to a 3-0 overall record and 2-0 in the Great Northern Conference.
Gladstone's Cole Potier scored the first touchdown and finished with 199 yards and three scores for the night.
Despite a long fourth down, Menominee (2-1, 0-1 GNC) quarterback Trevor Theuerkauf picked up the first down and made it into the red zone on a 29-yard scamper to enable the Maroons to cut their deficit to 8-6 with a touchdown.
Gladstone added another eight points shortly after thanks to groundwork from Potier, and the Braves never stoppedr.
Gladstone visits St. Ignace (3-0) Friday.
