HARRIS -- Local baseball and softball teams cleaned up on the Skyline Central All-Conference lists that were recently released, earning 20 spots on the first and second teams.
On the baseball side, Bark River-Harris seniors Travis Mack and Mason Bower made the first team along with Broncos sophomore Ethan Ives. North Central landed senior Alex Naser and sophomore Adrian Mercier on the first squad, and Superior Central senior Dakota Maki was also awarded a first team berth.
Norway senior Nolan Amundson and sophomores Alex Ortman and Ian Popp finished out first team honors.
For the second team, the Jets earned three spots with senior Bradey Anderson and juniors Jesse Sampson and Andrew Webber.
The Broncos and the Cougars each a junior make second team, Josiah Javurek and Haden Rockhill, respectively.
Rounding out second team was Forest Park seniors Payton Wollard and Adrian Bruette and Norway juniors Carson Chartier and Michael Peterson.
On the softball side, Broncos sophomore Christina Bower, Rapid River senior Madi LaChance and Cougars seniors Shae Lampinen and Riley Johnson earned spots on the first team.
The Knights were awarded three spots, senior Kali Stanchina and juniors Donna VanHolla and Hannah Burkland.
Superior Central senior Emma Rutter and sophomore Rachel Johnson both made second team alongside Bark River sophomore Faith Javurek, Rockets junior Maizie Nelson, Norway seniors Makenzie Gilroy and Gabrielle Leiker, and Forest Park sophomore Charlier Larson and freshman Kaidince Woolard.
Receiving honorable mentions were Broncos senior and junior Amanda Burton and Ava Arndt. Rapid River juniors Aiyana Semear and Adison Coulliard, Cougars freshman Sammy Johnson and Trojans freshman Dalaney Wagner.
The Knights won all top honors on both lists, both baseball and softball teams finishing the season as conference champions and Norway's Chase Carlson and Averie Popp earning Player of the Year honors.
