Bark River tops Westwood
WESTWOOD — The Bark River-Harris volleyball team went into its first road game of the year with a plan and executed. The Broncos topped Westwood 3-0 (25-7, 25-16, 25-11) in Westwood Monday.
“This was our first road game, so we wanted to really work on setting the pace of the game, keeping our energy up and communication coverage well,” BR-H coach Jennifer Ives said. “We executed on all three.”
Ives was also happy with the fact that the whole Broncos’ team was able to get some experience.
“We were able to get playing time for everyone tonight, and that’s always a good feeling,” Ives said. Another focus (was our) serving. We didn’t want to give up points on the serve. We accomplished this goal…”
